1. Acceptance
By accessing voidrush.org or the VoidRush Minecraft server (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service without a parent or legal guardian’s involvement. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping credentials secure. Do not impersonate others or evade a suspension or ban.
3. Acceptable use
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, disrupt the Service, threaten or harass others, publish unlawful or infringing content, expose personal information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for fraud or spam. Follow posted server rules and moderator instructions.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate conduct and restrict, suspend, or terminate access without notice when we reasonably believe these Terms, server rules, or applicable law have been violated. Virtual progress, items, and access may be lost following enforcement or service changes.
5. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may balance, change, pause, reset, or discontinue gameplay and features at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Intellectual property
VoidRush branding, original artwork, site design, text, and server materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. VoidRush is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
7. Changes and contact
